And you can ask for advice even if your child does not want to come.<\/p><h2>How a programme for teenagers and young people works<\/h2><p>The FSC programme supports <strong>teenagers and young people aged between 14 and 25<\/strong> and their families. It aims to reduce or stop drug use and, at the same time, to prevent or detect other risk behaviours, such as aggression, school failure, reckless driving, eating problems, offending or risky emotional and sexual relationships.<\/p><h3>For the teenager or young person<\/h3><ul><li><strong>Individual psychotherapy<\/strong>: a space of trust to assess whether it is a case of use, misuse or addiction, to help them become aware of what they are using and of other risky behaviours, and to motivate them to change.<\/li><li><strong>Psychiatric assessment<\/strong> by a psychiatrist specialising in teenagers and young people, to establish a diagnosis where appropriate.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cLet\u2019s talk about drug use\u201d group<\/strong>: a group therapy space for thinking critically about drugs and their use.<\/li><li><strong>\u201cLet\u2019s talk about change\u201d group<\/strong>: for young people with at least some motivation to stay abstinent. Participants share experiences and strategies for making the changes they need.<\/li><li><strong>Therapeutic accompaniment<\/strong>: a tutor is with the young person in their day-to-day life, in their own environment, to help them meet the agreed therapeutic or reintegration goals.<\/li><\/ul><h3>For the family<\/h3><p>Families can receive support whether or not the young person attends treatment.
